Will your plugin do this?

We are looking to do the following and wonder if this plugin will work for us:

– User enters a zip code on a form.
– The form posts to a page with this plugin
– We do a lookup in a database for matching records near the zip code entered in the form
– Generate a map that shows the locations matched on the map, as well as the centered location of the zip code entered by the user in the form

Is this possible?
