Will WordPress meet my needs? If so, which package?

Hello all,

I am looking for an html-based drag and drop web builder that will allow me to do the following things:

Include a Blog client or app as a page withing my navigation bar that will be a part of my website.
The client or app must give me the capability to insert HTML based advertisements within the articles I will be posting through the blog.
The app must also allow me to list my most recent posts on my home page through an automatically updating RSS-type feed.
The client or app cannot redirect traffic to another site where it may be hosted.

I need to be able to post pictures to a gallery that will allow me to feed the most recent pictures I’ve posted to the front page. It has to have auto-updating capabilities, as if it were an RSS for images rather then text streaming from my gallery.

I want to have the freedom to post different-sized HTMLs onto every single page of my website, including sub-paged should i choose to go with a template that supports them. I want the text of the HTML links to be color-coordinated, so I will need an editor built-in to change text color.

I’ve used GoDaddy and loved the freedom, however they did not have a blogging client.
I’ve used Webs.com and loved the blogging client there, it was perfect. However, there was not much freedom with HTML links and posting.
