will this work for campsite rentals?

Hi I’m building a new site that will rent 4 different campsites for up to 3 days each. Your plugin would accommodate this much very nicely. But we also only offer site rental Thursday or Friday through Saturday or Sunday – we do not rent our sites Monday through Wednesday.

Is there a way to block off specific days of the week throughout the year to prevent bookings on those days?
