Will this plugin work with Video only website?

Hello,

I would like to insert ads in-between my video posts on my califaces.com home page.
I have 22 videos on my home page and I would like to put a couple ads in-between the videos.

Is it possible to do this.. or something similar to this with this plug-in?

I filled out the ad inserter plug-in according to instruction and nothing shows up.
I believe it may be because this plug-in is designed for text based posts and content.

Is this true?
