will this plugin permit user info to be uploaded via a csv file?

    I’m trying to find a plugin that will allow me to set expiration dates for users on an individual basis. I also have pages that are limited to different users based by their role. I would like to do a bulk upload of user info including expiration dates. Will this be possible with this plugin? Thanks for your help.
