Will this plugin import post_meta with RSS feed?

    I’m wondering if I set up the plugin to pull posts from a feed: will it also pull the post_meta (ie custom fields) with the post?

  • Our plugin will pull in only the data that is available in the feed. You can view the feed using an XML Viewer in your browser.

    Do you have control over the feed? If so, you can customize it to ensure some of the post meta is provided in the feed and then import it using our plugin.

    Our premium Feed to Post add-on has a feature ‘Custom Field Mapping’, which you can explore for your requirements. This feature allows you to retrieve data from any RSS tag in feed items, and then store it in a custom meta field in imported posts.
