Will this create a ticket with a Woo order?

    Trying to see if this would work for me. I have a store where I’d like customers to create tickets when they need support. Ideally a ticket will be created when a specific product is purchased. Is this possible with your plugin?

  • Hi,

    By default, it is not possible to create a ticket when you purchase a product.But, you can add a mandatory ticket field for products in the support page so that customer can raise a query based on the particular product.

    Thanks. I’m more interested in support for ORDERS, rather than products. Is that possible?

    It is similar to products.Currently, we don’t have that option for orders also.
