• Hi my client wants to include the letter size as it is a cheaper option for the customer. Is this something that this plugin can do?

Hi if this doesn’t include letters is there an option for me to have that say as weight based using another plugin and then use the live rates for over 500g?

    Hello nanny7(@nanny7),

    Thank you for your inquiry.

In response to your question, with the basic version of the plugin, when using a non-contracted account, you can locate the letter option under the Rates and Services tab. The plugin also offers the option to enable the cheapest rate under the same tab. Furthermore, in the premium version of the plugin, you gain access to more advanced package types such as envelopes, satchels, cartons, bags, and others.

    Hope that clarifies.

    I am getting this error:
Product f18eb5201b7221148de220114667ba96 has invalid weight/dimensions. Aborting. See https://auspost.com.au/personal/parcel-dimensions.html

    That link doesn’t exist I get a 404
The dimensions for this book is 430g
    L/W/H
    235mm/170mm/15mm
So it would fit in the option he wants.

Also the live rates are not showing up. How to add a shipping method to the zone? There seems to be no option to add it and only the free shipping method is showing up on the cart and checkout page.

    Hello nanny7(@nanny7),

    Thank you for your response.

Regarding your queries, could you kindly confirm whether both domestic and international rates are accessible for your non-contracted account? The plugin is designed to display rates based on the product weight, dimensions, and destination address, ensuring that all eligible rates are presented.

In the basic version of the plugin, all eligible services, including letters, are available. However, if you desire to specify custom boxes or designate envelopes as package types, these features are available in the premium version. The premium version allows you to configure various package types under the packaging tab, providing clear definitions for envelopes with specified dimensions.

Furthermore, please ensure that the dimensions adhere to Australia Post guidelines, as incorrect weight and dimensions may lead to API failure in returning rates. Additionally, it’s important to note that the plugin operates independently based on API requests and responses, without dependency on WooCommerce shipping zones. You can seamlessly integrate default WooCommerce zone-based shipping options such as Free Shipping, Local Pickup, and Flat Rate, along with Australia Post rates. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
