Will the page be part of the CMS ?

    Hi I am a new wordpress beginner. Would you be able to tell me if the Html page will become accessible so you can ‘find it’ as part of the pages of our websites ? Or will it only be found through my hosted server ? If I can find it via wordpress after publishing I am very happy. Many thanks for all your time and effort doing this for us all !
