Will the new database tables and action scheduler funtions continue to work?

Thanks for the update, everything is working well with v4.1 now! I would like to keep the new database tables and all the behind-the-scenes functionality that powers them. I want to make my own reports plugin and the lookup tables allow for much faster queries. These are the tables I am talking about:

wp_wc_admin_notes
wp_wc_admin_note_actions
wp_wc_category_lookup
wp_wc_customer_lookup
wp_wc_order_coupon_lookup
wp_wc_order_product_lookup
wp_wc_order_stats
wp_wc_order_tax_lookup

Does your plugin disable any of this background functionality? Or are you just disabling the dashboard items?
