will restoring posts alert subscribers?

    I’m working with a new client, somehow her previous web designer moved hundreds of early posts to the trash. If I restore these posts, will it alert my client’s subscribers as if they’re new posts? She does not want that to happen.

    Hi there!

    If the posts were already published and then moved on the trash folder, your client’s subscribers shouldn’t receive any notifications when restoring them back to the published status.

    The subscribers get an email notification only when a new content is published. Since you’re only restoring a content that’s been already published in the past, you should be fine ??
