    I will have to talk with my PayPal Partner manager about it. If they’re doing it for them I’m sure they’ll do it for me, too. It will probably be after the holidays before I will have much luck getting any action on that, though.

    The info that I received from my partner manage is that they were allowing new partners to offer the waived fee for a temporary period of time. According to my partner manager they are no longer doing this, and the other person is supposed to have removed that already.
