Will Pay For Graphic

I’m looking for someone to design a graphic for my cooking website. I am willing to pay.

I’m going to redesign the site to fit the graphic, but would like to keep the same color scheme. I’m thinking maybe a pinup girl in a chef outfit or something similar — am open to suggestions.

It’s hard to be a web designer with no talent for drawing or using photoshop beyond the basics. ??
