Will past logs (=old messages) be deleted?

    I have set the ‘max 50’ in the message box and news box.
    When these are 50 over, it will not be displayed old messages automatically.
    Will past logs (=old messages) be deleted?

    I will have many members.
    If the message remains in the database, it is big problem.

    If you set max 50, then after 50 messages if they try to send a message, they will see an error which instruct them to delete old messages to send a new one.

    As messages considered important communication, we do not delete them automatically. When full, user can decide which one is less important, they can delete those. This way user also do not lose valuable information and your database also do not become unnecessarily bulky.

    I was worried about the capacity of the database.
    For example, bbpress plugin put many old messages.
    I send unimportant news. I hope new function. Master can add important flags to the message, and old messages(50 over) other than important news are deleted automatically. The deleting work is hard, but the user need not delete it.

    I solved this support, thank you. This is good system.
