• Hi installed and configured correctly WordPress side, API, account, 1 form but the Infusionsoft side will not recognise any Opt-in form from WordPress when i setup the campaign.

    Any idea when this would be?

  • Probably need some more info but I assume you are using the new WordPress Opt-In Goal inside Infusionsoft and then double clicking it to set the opt-in form. If you are doing this and it isn’t showing up there is something wrong with the API connection in wordpress plugin settings.

    There is currently a bug where if you create multiple optin forms only the newest one shows up under Infusionsoft WordPress Opt-In campaign goal, but since you only had one form this shouldn’t matter.

    I would check to make 100% certain the API key and app name are correct and that there is a checkmark on the right hand side by your app name when you look under WordPress Sidebar Menu -> Infusionsoft -> Settings. When you hover over this checkmark it should say “Authorized” in the tooltip that pops up.
