Will not show posts on 'next page'

Was working find until latest WP update. Still shows the correct number of posts, but you cannot go to ‘next page’. When you click next page, the same posts refresh.
https://howardgroupinc.com/howard-group-blog/Scroll to bottom of page and try to get to the other posts…just refreshes the same posts, even though it shows you are on ‘page 2’ in the URL.
