will not print

I have tried this on default themes and deactivate all plugins but this one and tried different browsers and even tried putting on a different wordpress site and it still does not print even recheck my printer and the queue with other wordpress print plugins and computer printing works fine but this plugin is the only one I am having trouble with when using it the default buttons show on post or page and when you press print button the popup page shows perfect but when you press print button in the popup page the add shows/ popups and it shows the little sending to the printer screen but it gets stuck in queue and does not printout like I said this is the only plugin I am having trouble with
