Will not install, No reply from Customer Support

I have been using the free version and it works as expected. It is one of the best plugins for inserting code into specific and individual pages. After redesigning our website, my need increased for more code snippets, so I purchased the Pro version. I followed all the installation instructions, and after activating the plugin, I got to a screen to enter the license. Once the license was entered, the plugin takes me to a blank screen and will go no further. I tried many things and couldn’t get past a blank screen.

I messaged support, and they emailed back the next day with installation instructions. I had already followed the instructions, so I replied with my license number and never heard back from them. It’s been three weeks and I haven’t been able to use the plugin I purchased. It’s too bad because the plugin was promising, but now I will have to ask for a refund from Paypal.
