Will not hide site navigation or site header

I have this plugin running on two, nearly identical sites (different navigation)

On villagedrafthouse.com it runs great, I had to add #nav-menu, nav, .other-nav

On basslakedrafthouse.com it shows the header and nav, and I used the following #nav-menu, nav, .other-nav, #main-nav, #cs-resmenu, .main_menu, .header_top_bottom_holder

Am I missing something simple in the set up?
