    Hello,

    I set up a shipping zone with the following settings
    Zone name: Canada
    Zone regions: Canada
    Shipping Method: Canada Post (WooCommerce Services) (enabled)

    Then, in my test customer info, I entered my address into both the billing and shipping addresses to make sure all address info was available, but when I add a product to the cart and try to calculate shipping it gives me this message: “There are no shipping methods available. Please check your address or contact us if you need any help.” I double checked the info was correct but no luck.

    Any suggestions? Love to use this feature.

    Can you try the following:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    2. Edit the Canada zone
    3. Edit the Canada Post shipping method
    4. Make sure your zip code is entered and you’ve selected the services you want to offer below.

    It doesn’t seem like it is that complicated so it seems strange it isn’t working…

    This problem is resolved. Silly me, I missed the fact that you can edit individual shipping method settings and didn’t set my postal code.

    Ah! Wonderful to hear. Thanks for letting me know! If anyone else every has a similar issue, be sure you’re setting product dimensions and weight as well.

    You can also go to WooCommerce > Settings > Status > WooCommerce Services to see if you have any error messages there to give more clues.
