    I sent a ticket almost a week ago I know you have backlog, but I need help quickly
    in my cart and checkout I cannot get shipping it comes back saying no shipping method available I would appreciate hearing back from you please

    @vdeshong – there are a few possible causes of this including how you’ve configured your store. We’d need to take a look in your site to get more insight.

    I took a look for tickets tied to the URL in your profile, however I couldn’t find any. Can you please let me know your ticket number?
