we did not have wp super cache installed when we attempted to load it multiple times. we do have it the cache installed now precisely since we have had the issue before on other new sites since the latest update. gogunparts.com and thank you:-)

You had super super cached installed at some pint. A cached page is still being served. See this screenshot https://goo.gl/Ek6Hpw

You can’t just delete the super cache plugin, see this: https://support.seedprod.com/article/83-how-to-clear-wp-super-caches-cache

@john, there was no caching plugin installed at all when we tried to upload the picture. So, after we discovered we could not get the ultimate coming soon to work properly, we went ahead and loaded the cache plugin. It was not installed at the time we tried to upload the image. We have actually used this combo on over 100 websites with no issues. Thank you;-)

The cache plugin can still work even if it’s not installed All I know is right now a cache page is being served. You can look at the page source and see the comment.

You have to manually remove a cache plugin and all the parts it install after you install one.

My advice is to re-install and turn it off like in the video I gave link above.
