Will not allow activation

  • When in plugin screen and trying to activate !share plugin I get a new page saying 500 – Internal server error.
    There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. Followed install instructions and have deactivated all other plugins, no other plugin has problems activating. Thank you for any help.

    Hi, What version are you trying to activate? You should not get any errors activating the plugin as its common activation, we do not do any kind of checks on activation. It should work. You can delete the plugin, go to add new, search plugin, type “share” and search, our plugin will appear first and try to install and activate it from there.

    Thank you for the response, I have version 1.5.3 downloaded. I deleted it and tried installing it the way you described and got the same error page as before.

    Hi, sorry for the delay but we’ve been very busy with the development of version 2.0 same time trying to answer as much emails/questions as possible. Can you send us temporary access details to your wp-admin area? You can send the details at [email protected] we will debug the plugins page try to figure out why the plugin is not activating for you.
