WILL NOT actually purge

I’ve been using the plugin on various sites for a couple years and it was fine. It has some great features that are often only in premium plugins; the interface is more user-friendly than other free plugins too.

However, it rarely ACTUALLY purges when you tell it to. Not even when you turn off caching altogether, the plugin must actually be deactivated, then the actual site will show properly.

I completely redesigned my site (starting from scratch) several weeks ago and it was still showing the CSS that I had added to my previous theme via the Customizer about 75% of the time…weeks later.
