Will I lose settings & categories on images if I deactivate & reactivate?

    To test for possible conflicts with another plug-in, I want to deactivate Media Library Categories and other plug-ins, but I’m concerned about losing all categorization which I’ve created and assigned to images.

    1) If I deactivate Media Library Categories temporarily, and then reactivate it, will I lose my categories?

    2) And when I reactivate it, will the categories automatically be reassigned to the same images? Or will have have to assign categories again to every image?

    Well, I answered my own questions by accidentally deactivating Media Library Categories when I meant to leave it activated. When I reactivated the plugin, I still had my categories intact, and all categories were reassigned to images as they had been before deactivation. Great! You can mark this as resolved.
