Will I Lose My Posts and Draft Posts?

I don’t really know if this is the right place to post this question but anyway… I’m planning on cancelling my current domain name and replacing it with another. I want to everything on my new site to be the same as my old one, same theme, same plugins, same widgets, etc… My question is: how will I do this? And if this can be done will all of my posts and draft posts be saved too?
