    Hello,
After I scanned my website by free version of plugin, I found discrepancy between wchich cookies was found by plugin and what I found in Google Dev Tool > Application > Storage > Cookies.
Is this free version limit? (it scanned only few pages)
Premium version of plugin will detect all cookes on all pages (even this wchich are in Google Dev tool)?
    Thanks for answer

    Hi @link79,

The Free version does not impose limits on the number of pages that are scanned.

Please note that the scan detects first-party cookies set on your own domain, those set on external domains (such as on Facebook.com) will be synced from CookieDatabase.

If you provide us with the list of cookies detected in the scan, and those that appear under DevTools > Applications, that would enable us to check what the difference could be.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @link79

    With regards to Linkedin:
Could you go to Wizard>Consent>services and see if you have selected Linkedin under the question “Select which social media are used on the website.”?

The other cookies you mentioned are usually placed by Google Ads Optimization or a related Google service. If they are being placed on your own domain they should be picked up in the scan. Could you share your url with us so we can have a look?

    Hi @link79,

    For LinkedIn,

These cookies should be synched from cookiedatabase.org, this means under Consent -> Service descriptions you should be able to see LinkedIn.

If so, could you check if the cookies are now present under Cookie descriptions? If not, please disable LinkedIn under Consent -> Services – Run the sync and scan. Enable again, and rerun the sync and scan.

    regards Aert

    Hi @link79,

Looking at your screenshot, it seems that both Facebook and LinkedIn are not getting (correctly) synced with CookieDatabase.

Is it possible that another plugin (such as a security plugin), or another security-related setting could be blocking the request to the CookieDatabase API, causing the sync to fail?

You may also reach us on support(at)complianz.io about this, so we can have a closer look at this specific setup. Please attach a system status report to your e-mail, which can be generated under Complianz > Dashboard > Tools > System Status.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
