Will Customers Retain Payment Tokens when Switching Plugin

    Hi,

    I would like to switch over from?BrainTree for WooCommerce plugin. Will subscription customers keep their credit card payment tokens since stored in the BrainTree vault? Or will we need to ask them to fill out their credit card information again?

    I asked this about 8 months ago but just wanted to make sure this was still the case. I could not respond to the previous ticket.

    Will subscription customers keep their credit card payment tokens since stored in the BrainTree vault? Or will we need to ask them to fill out their credit card information again?

    Everything will process automatically and your customers won’t need to re-add their card information. Our plugin will seamlessly migrate the customer ID’s and payment methods automatically.
