Will changing to SMTP sending affect this plugin?

    I have been having trouble with my site contact emails not being delivered to me because (I am told) my site is not sending using SMTP. My host has suggested that I follow the setup on this page https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-set-up-wp-mail-smtp-with-any-host-ultimate-guide/ to fix this, which will involve installing WP Mail SMTP and WP Forms. This is just for the contact form on the sites.

    Do you know if this might potentially cause a conflict? Your plugin emails do arrive (though often get put into spam, I guess due to this issue).
