    Hi,

    First of all I think your product is great. We are using it on our site and have it set up so that when someone is logged in and views their woocommerce account page, an additional “Customer Support” menu option appears with buttons to submit a ticket and view tickets.

    The tool is also correctly picking up emails to the support address and creating tickets from those automatically.

    We’ve now set up quite a few filters to stop certain types of email also spawning tickets (such as notifications from www.remarpro.com). But it’s getting a little tiresome if emails originate from slightly different addresses: e.g.

    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    [email protected]

    Is there a way to add a no receive filter on the whole domain – “@google.com” instead of having to enter each individual address?

    Currently, we don’t have an option to filter email from a particular domain. We will let you know once this feature is implemented.
