Wildcard Redirects

Hi

I am in the process of setting up redirects from https://ramconsultancy.co.uk/ to my new website https://www.rambuildingconsultancy.co.uk using a CSV import.

Is there a way that I can specifically define the redirects that have new pages to go to, but any that do not have unique pages to go to, redirect to the homepage automatically for example? My old site contains loads of pages, and I do not want to have to go through and individually do this for every page manually, but I equally do not want to redirect everything to the same page as this will not be beneficial for my important SEO pages.

Any that need specifying will be done, and they do not have a redirected page to go to the generic homepage.
