wildcard redirection

Hey guys,
first of all thanks for an awesome plugin.
i have a question that i was hoping you can help me to get an answer for.
im running a multilanguage website which each language and there is a language value in the URL. for example for french site its “www.example.com/?lang=fr”. im planning to redirect visitors based on the IP to their own language. was wondering if its possible to use your plugin to redirect like this: “Location=france – from=any URL – to=*/?lang=fr”?
in other words if someone from frence is visiting plugin automatically appends the “/?lang=fr” to the url and redirects them to “www.example.com/?lang=fr”?
