Wil not send out confirmation email

Hi @centraldesermones,

Could you please go to Ultimate Member->Settings->Email, inside your dashboard and see if those emails are turned on. For example by default activation email is turned off in this settings. You need to turn on these. Let us know if that solves your issue and you receive the emails then.

Install the “Check & Log Email” Plugin and verify if UM is sending your emails or if there is an UM configuration issue and the email addresses are correct.

I installed the plugin as directed. But something seems to be wrong. If I send the test email to myself ([email protected]), there is no problem and the test email gets delivered:

“This test email proves that your WordPress installation at https://www.predicasbiblicas.com can send emails.\n\nSent: Thu, 03 Mar 2022 15:57:47 +0000”

When I send the test email to one of my Gmail accounts, or outlook.com account, nothing happens.

Install and set up WP Mail SMTP at your site to resolve this issue with the Email relay and blocking by gmail.
