[wikimenu] shortcode does not produce menu

Not sure if there is a plugin conflict, or if the plugin requires an h1 (i only use h3 and h4). But on the page below, the shortcode is on its own line at the top of the article. The shortcode does not show on the published page, but neither does the menu.
