Wierd encoding even though everything is set to UTF-8

    You’ll see several encoding burps (in Firefox and SOME browsers) with quotes, single quotes and ellipses.

    I’m just not sure where to go to troubleshoot. The MySQL database tables are all set to utf8 character encoding, as are the HTML pages, and the config.php setting.

    I’m not pasting in characters from Word or anything, just regular keyboard characters in the WSYWIG editor. They look fine in the HTML view as well. Any suggestions?
