• Hello,

I don’t have access to change the width of columns.

If I made 2 column the width rest to 50%, or for 4 column rest to 25%.

In your video you just need to move the border of column for change the width

I tried to uninstall all extension, and tryed it in chrome, firefox and ie but the problem persist.

When I open for the first time page builder, all menu was unalign and the icons was weird, so I tried to unistall the extention named :
Font – official webfonts plugin. NO CODING!….. and immediatly all was good except the width of column who cannot be changed.

I don’t know if the problem can be with the temps files or with anything like that.

    WordPress : Version 3.8.1 / Language : French

Thanks and I hope that I gave you all information that you need.

    Hi Mark

Can you see if you’re getting any Javascript errors when trying to use Page Builder? This will help me diagnose the problems.

So from the looks of things another plugin is causing a JS error that’s halting the execution of Page Builder’s code. It looks like the main culprit is meta-box.min.js.

If you’re not sure which plugin includes this JS file, you can just disable your plugins one by one until this issue goes away. When you’re able to track down the culprit plugin you can either leave it disabled or contact the developer and ask them to fix the issue.

I’ll also check the plugin on my side to see if there’s anything I can fix in Page Builder, so let me know which plugin it is.
