Widgets.php not working

I didn’t change any permissions on any files or so, but now when i click in the Widgets options inside the dashboard, i get redirected to an Internal Server Error page.

It just happened out of the blue and i’m complety clueless about it. I’ve checked, and don’t have any .htaccess creating any issues there. What could it be?
