Widgets will not display on posts page. But work fine on all others.

Having a very strange issue on our site.

The sidebar widgets display perfectly fine on all pages except out blog page. Our homepage is a static page and posts are assigned to display on out “News-Events” page.
https://www.ruthlessinternational.com/news-events/We are using the TS-Custom Widgets plugin to manage which widgets display on each page. However, I’ve disabled it and the result is the same.
Can anyone help?
