Widgets visibility unstable

After last update I experience strange things are happening
Some widgets from a variety of plugins do not display in the front end while I am logged in as an admin I can see them perfectly while in the editing side but they do not appear or do not function in the front end. If I am logged out it display perfectly in the front end!
The issue appears with displaying:
ninja forms – both from short code or wordpress widget, Livemesh testimonials and Happyaddons effects.

While testing I have recreated some of the effected elements on some pages in case of Livemesh testimonials it resolved the issue but no changed with Happyaddons effects or ninja forms.

I am not sure the issue is in Elementor, the reason I am reporting it here is because it seems to effect a number of plugins not just one.

I am hopping you may be able to suggest a way out which does not involve redesigning the whole site…
