    Hi

I a recent upgrade of jetpack plugin, the widgets visibility it works fine in frontend but when you edit the web from the customizer, you see all the widgets on all the pages.

We use a Yootheme PRO Builder that use the customizer to build the pages, and is very annoying.

This happens with any theme, so the problem has to be with the Jetpack plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi @intuixcat,

Based on what you said, Yootheme Pro Builder may be conflicting with the recent version of Jetpack and/or WordPress core software.

Would you mind trying disabling all plugins except Jetpack and see if the issue persists? Please disable Yootheme Pro Builder as well, and use a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty.

If you don’t feel comfortable modifying the live site, you may want to create a staging site for test purposes. Many hosts provide a staging service, where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

If you see the same issue after disabling all other plugins, please take a screenshot of the issue you are describing, including the URL.

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!

    Thanks!`

This solution does not help, it is still visible everywhere. The visibility is still indicated everywhere or randomly. In different plugins and even in the default embedded in Wordpres.

    Hi @danishsard

If you haven’t already, can you contact us through the private link that @bluejay77 provided? Then we can work with you more directly on this.

This problem has a few people on the forum. I can not describe him more, I cried every radio. It does not matter, the problem is in jetpack visibility that it does not work well, he loses himself as he wants.

I confirm @danishsard . I tried to disable all plugins, and use default WP theme, but the problem persist. I contact Yootheme too, and they say that the problem is on Jetpack plugin too.

    Thanks

When you disable all of the plugins, are you seeing any error messages? Are you seeing errors in the JavaScript console?

You can use this guide to share any JavaScript errors that might be occurring:

We’ll need this additional information as we have been unable to replicate this.

Hi. I just send you a test site credentials via contact form, so you can see this bug. I cannot see any javascript error on console.

In this test site i made a widget with text “THIS WIDGET HAS TO BE SHOW ONLY ON BLOG PAGE” assigned to blog page on visibility options.

WHen you enter on Apperance -> Customizer, you can see that the widget appears on every page.

    Thanks

Thanks for turning in that ticket, @intuixcat – we will now respond there after having a look.

I also see you’ve started your own thread, @danishsard – Much appreciated.

I’m going to go ahead and close out this thread now, and we will be right with you both on those other threads.
