• I am having some issues with widgets. I am using Divi and am in contact with them as well. I do not have the option of choosing certain pages on which the sidebar is shown. I have been compensating by using the custom widget option and adding a module through Divi. However, I cannot do that on category pages and would have to manually add it to all my product pages. Right now all my category and product pages have the space there for the sidebar, but no sidebar is showing up.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

I understand that. The widgets on WordPress aren’t working though. As mentioned I am in contact with Divi, but everyone keeps pushing me to the next person. I had a sidebar widget (using WordPress) in place that only showed up on certain pages. I can no longer use “visibility” in WordPress widgets. My workaround is to use Divi modules, but I would rather get WordPress widgets working. There is still the blank space on the side of the page though as if there is a sidebar even though there isn’t.
