Widgets not updating

Hi, I’m trying to change one piece of content in the footer (the contact phone number), but the layout doesn’t update in the frontend. It gets saved in the backend, but the frontend shows no changes at all.
I don’t have any cache plugin, though I cleared CloudFlare cache.
I updated WP and all the plugins.
I tried forcing update the home page after the widget update.
