Widgets not showing up on homepage

    Hi there! I’ve installed widget wrangler and set up my default widgets. These are showing up on all of my pages and posts.

    However, they are not showing up on the homepage. I’ve tested putting a widget into the widget area the “normal” way, and that works. But even though the homepage is set to show the default widgets, none are coming up.

    Is your homepage a static page, or is it a list of posts?

    I think that is the issue. To setup widgets on the default wordpress homepage (posts page), you need to look at Widget Wrangler >> Presets.

    You should have 2 presets, one that is “Default” and another “PostsPage”. To set the widgets on your homepage, edit the PostsPage preset with the widgets you’d like to appear.
