Widgets not showing up

  • Hi,
    Our website has a shop page build with woocommerce and today we decided to add a sidebar widget into it. We are using Flatsome theme. I entered the widgets section in customizing section and saw this error.

    “Your theme has 4 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them. You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”

    I can see all the widgets I created in the backend in Appearance -widgets. But nothing is showing in frontend, I mean in shop page also.

    Please help me to solve this.

  • You need to ask the theme’s support forum. As this theme is not in the WordPress repository, we don’t support it here.
