Widgets not showing events

    Hi, after I upgraded to version 2.1.6.1, my widgets are no longer showing events from my Google Calendar feed. I’ve deactivated the plugin and reactivated with no change. I’ve also deleted the plugin, then redownloaded and installed the plugin with the same results, no change. I’ve checked the feed number and it matches with the settings. I’ve been using this plugin with the same calendar for years and never had any problems until this version. I have screenshots of my widget settings if you need them.

    Hi sorry you are having issues. I checked your site and it looks like your feeds are still using the old way of grabbing the Feed URL instead of using the calendar ID. Please check out this page on how to find the new way of getting your Calendar ID.

    I think it should work fine after you change those, but let me know if you run into anything else.

    That worked! When did the shortened calendar ID go into effect?

    Actually, it only worked for the Calendar Grid widget. My Upcoming List of Events doesn’t show an event in January that DOES show up in my calendar grid widget. I’ve got it set for 7 events to show with 0 days ahead as my start date. When the page loads it should show December which has two events, but they don’t show either. If I click back one month, it shows the two December events, which doesn’t make sense. Why would the Upcoming events list load January first?

    Woops. Never mind. I had my number of days out as only 7. I changed it to 60 and now it’s fine.

    The shortened ID went into effect when we did the 2.1.0 update for the changes to use the Google API v3.
