Widgets not showing, body out of place

1. My widgets for the right side bar are showing correctly on every screen except one. On that screen it us half in the footer the other half above the footer.

2. I have the theme layout in a boxed position. All screens look the same except one page is out of sync with the layout and cant seem to fix it.

Anyone have any suggestions?
