Hi – I’ve just migrated our site to a new domain. After the import the custom sidebars have ceased to work entirely. They don’t display, and when I go to edit them, I get the spinning icon forever and it never completes. When I try to do a manual export/import of the sidebars from the original site location, the import fails with the same spinning icon that goes on forever. It seems as if something has gotten corrupted. How do I fix this? Is there a way to clean out the sidebar data and reinstall the plugin, then import? Or do I need to redo the manual export/import from scratch and do a certain search/replace to make sure the sidebars arrive in a functional state?

    Thanks for your help.

  • Hello dagfooyo,

I’m very sorry for the late response! Seems that we missed your post ??

Spinning icon suggests that there are some issues under the hood. You should be able to see errors in browser console
    https://developer.chrome.com/dimage_classevtools

Please check them and let me know.

Also – did you change server with the domain?

    kind regards,
    Kasia
