widgets moved to bottom of page

  • the other day i add wooComerence and updated to 3.8 to my site https://www.i-care-health.net and all but of my ads placed using widgets have been moved to the bottom of the page they were in the right sidebar i would like to restore the site or whatever it takes to get the site back to the way it was 4 days ago i am a newbie and would love a simple answer but i know it probably wont be that easy please help thank you
