No, I’m referring to Pages -> [Name of Page] -> Edit, then scrolling down to Page Sidebar, listing available widgets…. Maybe this is theme-specific?

@jennimm, unfortunately, it’s very hard for us to support commercial themes. We do not have their source code, so we simply cannot find out what’s going on there.

We’d like to help, so if you ask the theme author to check it out, and they need our help, we’ll be glad to co-operate.
