Widgets in Customizer

I am building a spanish version of my english language website. When editing the template for the spanish one through the customizer, I mistakenly removed a widget I needed. I originally thought no problem I will just go into the widgets section of dashboard and add it there. And to my surprise, when adding the widget through the widgets section, it won’t display on my site. The english version is tsp.khemlanigroup.com and the spanish one is tsp.khemlanigroup.com/ES/

Is there any way to have it display like in the english version? (the facebook button and the language button). On the English version, the customizer has the Width widget. The Spanish one I accidentally deleted it. If there is any way to get that back on the customizer, I believe it might fix my issue.
